Job summary

EPAM Systems is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid role with options to work from Krakow, Katowice, Wroclaw or Gdansk. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, partner with Hiring Managers, and optimize sourcing through LinkedIn, Boolean searches and AI-assisted tools.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT recruitment, strong direct search skills, excellent English (B2) and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT recruitment experience.
• Hands-on direct search using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Strong English communication (B2) in spoken and written form.
• Experience with AI-assisted sourcing and recruitment tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Run full end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and TA teams to prioritize needs.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean, and networking.
• Maintain data accuracy in ATS and report funnel progress.
