Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid role based in Krakow or Katowice.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse technical roles, sourcing top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and GitHub, while partnering with Hiring Managers to define needs. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of IT recruitment experience, strong English communication, and a proactive approach to optimize sourcing strategies with

Qualifications

3–4 years of proven IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
Hands-on headhunting experience and direct search methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub).
Strong communication, negotiation skills, and stakeholder relationship building.
Excellent command of English (min. B2) in spoken and written form.

Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment: run full cycles for technical roles to meet client needs.
Sourcing & headhunting: engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray search, and networking.
ATS management: maintain data accuracy and report funnel metrics to stakeholders.
Market expertise: stay updated on local IT market dynamics and compensation benchmarks.
Mentorship and process improvement: share TA best practices and optimize recruitment processes.
