This role will be hybrid, with the option to work from Krakow or Katowice.If you thrive in a dynamic work environment, have hands-on headhunting experience, and know how to build teams for client projects efficiently – this is the role for you!ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment: Running full recruitment cycles for a wide variety of technical and niche roles to meet the fast-changing needs of client projectsBusiness partnership: Acting as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and Staffing teams – deeply understanding, qualifying and prioritizing recruitment needsSourcing & Headhunting: Utilizing advanced LinkedIn sourcing tools, Boolean/X-Ray search, and strategic networking to reach and engage passive candidates, including specialists with niche profilesProcess and ATS management: Managing multiple complex recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring impeccable data accuracy in the ATS, and reporting recruitment funnel progress and metrics to internal stakeholdersMarket expertise: Staying on top of technology trends, local IT market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks, and using that knowledge to advise stakeholders and optimize sourcing strategiesProcess optimization & mentorship: Proposing and implementing improvements to TA processes, and sharing knowledge with the teamCandidate experience and employer branding: Ensuring the highest standard of candidate experience throughout the journey and actively supporting local employer branding efforts (e.g., participation in industry events, tech meetups, and job fairs)AI-driven solutions: Integrating AI and automation tools into daily sourcing and hiring workflows to accelerate candidate outreach, analyze talent pools, and optimize recruitment efficiencyRequirementsMinimum 3–4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)Very good, hands-on knowledge of direct search and sourcing methodologies: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and alternative candidate sourcing channelsStrong understanding of the Polish IT market – familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), tech stacks, and key technical roles within development teamsStrong communication and negotiation skills – ease in building relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and confidently advocating for your recommendationsExcellent work organization – proven ability to run multiple complex processes at once in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative and proactive mindset, focused on achieving shared TA team goals and continuous improvementVery good command of English (min.
