Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Poland. This hybrid role is based in Krakow or Katowice, offering hands-on headhunting, stakeholder partnership, and proactive team mentorship.

You will manage full recruitment cycles for niche tech roles, leverage AI tools to accelerate sourcing, and optimize processes while ensuring a strong candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Hands-on direct search and sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub.
• Strong knowledge of the Polish IT market and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex processes in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Experience with AI tools for sourcing and outreach is a plus.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced, driven, and proactive IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be hybrid, with the option to work from Krakow or Katowice. Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: Running full recruitment cycles for a wide variety of technical and niche roles to meet the fast-changing needs of client projects
• Business partnership: Acting as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and Staffing teams – deeply understanding, qualifying and prioritizing recruitment needs
• Sourcing & Headhunting: Utilizing advanced LinkedIn sourcing tools, Boolean/X-Ray search, and strategic networking to reach and engage passive candidates, including specialists with niche profiles
• Process and ATS management: Managing multiple complex recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring impeccable data accuracy in the ATS, and reporting recruitment funnel progress and metrics to internal stakeholders
• Market expertise: Staying on top of technology trends, local IT market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks, and using that knowledge to advise stakeholders and optimize sourcing strategies
• Process optimization & mentorship: Proposing and implementing improvements to TA processes, and sharing knowledge with the team
• Candidate experience and employer branding: Ensuring the highest standard of candidate experience throughout the journey and actively supporting local employer branding efforts (e.g., participation in industry events, tech meetups, and job fairs)
• AI-driven solutions: Integrating AI and automation tools into daily sourcing and hiring workflows to accelerate candidate outreach, analyze talent pools, and optimize recruitment efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Very good, hands-on knowledge of direct search and sourcing methodologies: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and alternative candidate sourcing channels
• Strong understanding of the Polish IT market – familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), tech stacks, and key technical roles within development teams
• Strong communication and negotiation skills – ease in building relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and confidently advocating for your recommendations
• Excellent work organization – proven ability to run multiple complex processes at once in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative and proactive mindset, focused on achieving shared TA team goals and continuous improvement
• Very good command of English (min. B2), both spoken and written
• Practical experience in leveraging AI tools (e.g., GenAI, automated sourcing assistants) to optimize daily recruitment workflows, draft engaging outreach, or refine search strategies is a strong asset
