EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a proactive Junior IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Poland.

This hybrid role offers options to work from Krakow or Katowice and focuses on end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, collaborating with Hiring Managers, and building strong candidate pipelines. You will source passive candidates, leverage AI-assisted tools, and optimize recruitment processes while delivering an excellent candidate experience and supporting employer branding efforts

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of direct search and multiple sourcing channels.
• Strong understanding of Polish IT market and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (min B2).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and staffing teams to clarify needs.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and report recruitment funnel progress.

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Junior IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be hybrid, with the option to work from Krakow or Katowice.If you thrive in a dynamic work environment, have hands-on headhunting experience, and know how to build teams for client projects efficiently – this is the role for you!ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment: Running full recruitment cycles for a variety of technical roles to meet the needs of fast-changing client projectsBusiness partnership: Close collaboration with Hiring Managers and Staffing teams – understanding, qualifying, and prioritizing recruitment needsSourcing: Using LinkedIn sourcing tools, Boolean/X-Ray search, and networking to reach passive candidates, including specialists with niche profilesProcess and ATS management: Managing several complex processes simultaneously, ensuring data accuracy in the ATS, and reporting recruitment funnel progress to internal stakeholdersMarket expertise: Staying on top of technology trends and the local IT market and using that knowledge to optimize sourcing strategiesProcess optimization: Proposing and implementing improvements to TA processes and sharing knowledge with the teamCandidate experience and employer branding: Ensuring the highest standard of candidate experience and supporting local employer branding efforts (e.g., participation in industry events and job fairs)AI-driven solutions: integrating AI and automation tools into daily sourcing and hiring workflows to accelerate candidate outreach, analyze talent pools, and optimize workflowsRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitmentVery good, hands-on knowledge of direct search: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative candidate sourcing channelsGood understanding of Polish IT market – familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and key roles within development teamsStrong communication skills – ease in building relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and advocating for your recommendationsGood work organization – ability to run multiple processes at once in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative mindset, focused on achieving shared TA team goalsVery good command of English (min.
