Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Junior IT Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid role with options to work from Krakow or Katowice. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, partner with Hiring Managers, and source passive candidates using LinkedIn and AI-assisted tools.

Ideal candidates have hands-on headhunting experience, knowledge of the Polish IT market, and strong English skills (B2+).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Hands-on direct search: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search.
• Good understanding of Polish IT market and SDLC roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize recruitment workflows.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: full cycles for technical roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Staffing teams to prioritize needs.
• Sourcing using LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray searches and passive candidates.
• Manage ATS data accuracy and report funnel progress.
• Stay updated on tech trends and local IT market.
• Propose improvements to TA processes and share learnings.
• Enhance candidate experience and employer branding efforts.
• Integrate AI and automation into daily sourcing and hiring workflows.
