You will advise WEST EU leadership, bringing market expertise, commercial awareness, and forward-looking views on how AI transforms talent and hiring. You will influence stakeholders and drive speed, quality, and a great candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience across global or multi-market hiring.
• Experience hiring technology/AI or data-driven roles.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy across key business areas with ownership of delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance and market intelligence to senior leaders and HR Partners.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using AI-enabled tools and non-traditional channels.
• Act as consultant to challenge role design, calibration, and talent strategy.
• Drive an efficient hiring process with strong candidate experience.
• Analyze ATS data to identify opportunities and present insights.
• Build talent pipelines for AI, digital, and emerging skills.
• Elevate employer branding through storytelling and executive engagement.
