Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Poland. The role offers hybrid work with options to operate from Krakow or Katowice, driving full-cycle recruitment for niche technical roles.

You will partner with Hiring Managers, leverage advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub), and implement AI-driven improvements to accelerate hiring. Strong English skills and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Hands-on headhunting and direct search experience.
• Strong knowledge of Polish IT market and SDLC.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted sourcing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run full recruitment cycles for a variety of technical roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Staffing teams to understand needs.
• Sourcing, headhunting, and engaging passive candidates.
• Manage ATS data, reporting, and recruitment metrics.
• Contribute to TA process improvements and employer branding.
