Job summary

AMS is seeking a Technology Consultant – Talent Acquisition Technology to drive medium‑complexity TA tech implementations for enterprise clients. You will design, configure and optimize ATS solutions, gather requirements, lead design workshops, and produce clear process and design documentation.

You’ll collaborate with clients and partners to deliver delivery plans, training materials, and guidance on timelines. This hybrid role in Kraków supports a global team and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology consulting, project delivery, or implementation in recruitment, HR, or SaaS environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking; ability to translate requirements into practical tech solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong communication skills; able to engage confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medium-complexity talent acquisition technology implementation projects.
• Design, configure and optimize technology solutions across ATS and related platforms.
• Gather requirements, lead design workshops, and produce process and design documentation.
• Create and manage delivery plans, test plans, scripts, and training materials to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide clear recommendations, timelines, and guidance to client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Facilitate sprint sessions, system builds, testing cycles, and enablement activities.
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate project risks and issues to drive delivery quality.
• Manage project budgets, track time and expenses, and support financial governance.
• Act as a configuration and product expert, supporting larger programmes with wider teams.
• Deliver technology training and enablement to help clients adopt solutions.
