Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Technology Recruitment Team on a fixed-term contract of at least 12 months. You will own end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, proactively source top talent, and partner with Hiring Managers to deliver great hires.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Experience within Technology or IT recruitment is preferred.
• Hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Strong interviewing skills and independently conducting interviews.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technology roles.
• Proactively source and engage tech talent.
• Lead competency-based interviews to assess fit and motivation.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to advise on talent availability.
