Job summary

Aon is seeking an ATS Integration Consultant to join our Kraków team. You will onboard clients, gather requirements, and implement integrations between the Aon Assessment Platform and customer ATS systems using RESTful web services and OpenAPI specifications.

You will work directly with HR technology and IT teams to map data, troubleshoot API errors, and ensure successful launches. Knowledge of JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, and data mapping is essential; experience with HR SaaS platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical integration, solutions engineering or implementation consulting.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI, JSON/XML and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience delivering customer-facing integration projects end-to-end in HR tech or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement integrations between the Aon Assessment Platform and customer ATS systems.
• Collaborate with HR technology and IT teams to map configurations and data exchange.
• Troubleshoot API errors, data mapping issues and workflow exceptions.
• Create integration specifications and data mapping docs for testing and launch.
• Manage multiple projects with Engineering, Solution Architects, and QA teams.
