Job summary

Virtusa in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment in a hybrid setup (2-3 days onsite). You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and manage the candidate journey from intake to offer.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 2+ years in recruitment, strong communication and data-driven mindset, and experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience with a proven track record across functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
