Job summary

You will lead sourcing, engage candidates, and translate market insights into hiring strategies, with fluent English and Polish required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for complex, niche and leadership roles.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent-mapping skills.
• Deep understanding of the Polish labor market and recruitment trends.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and translate insights.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Fluent English and Polish (C1).
• Strong project management and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive and results-driven approach to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for professional, specialist and leadership roles across multiple functions.
• Drive proactive sourcing, build talent pipelines and attract candidates in competitive markets.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends and talent availability to support decisions.
• Influence partners to ensure an efficient, inclusive, high-quality hiring process.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while delivering a great candidate experience.
• Act as a TA subject matter expert and promote best practices and continuous improvements.
• Promote the Aon employer brand through networking, events and talent communities.
• Support TA-related projects and marketing initiatives at local and regional levels.
