Job summary

AMS is seeking a Technology Consultant – Talent Acquisition Technology to drive medium‑complexity TA tech implementations for enterprise clients. You will design, configure and optimize ATS solutions, gather requirements, lead design workshops, and produce clear process and design documentation.

You’ll collaborate with clients and partners to deliver delivery plans, training materials, and guidance on timelines. This hybrid role in Kraków supports a global team and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology consulting, project delivery, or implementation in recruitment, HR, or SaaS environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking; ability to translate requirements into practical tech solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong communication skills; able to engage confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medium-complexity talent acquisition technology implementation projects.
• Design, configure and optimize technology solutions across ATS and related platforms.
• Gather requirements, lead design workshops, and produce process and design documentation.
• Create and manage delivery plans, test plans, scripts, and training materials to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide clear recommendations, timelines, and guidance to client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Facilitate sprint sessions, system builds, testing cycles, and enablement activities.
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate project risks and issues to drive delivery quality.
• Manage project budgets, track time and expenses, and support financial governance.
• Act as a configuration and product expert, supporting larger programmes with wider teams.
• Deliver technology training and enablement to help clients adopt solutions.

Key Accountabilities

• Apply your project management and consulting skills to deliver medium ‑ complexity talent acquisition technology implementation projects
• Use your analytical and problem ‑ solving skills to design, configure and optimise technology solutions across ATS and related platforms
• Collaborate with clients and technology partners to gather requirements, lead design workshops, and produce clear process and design documentation
• Contribute to successful project outcomes by creating and managing delivery plans, test plans, scripts, and training materials
• Use your communication skills to act as a trusted advisor, providing clear recommendations, timelines, and guidance to client stakeholders
• Facilitate sprint sessions, system builds, testing cycles, and technology enablement activities in line with project methodology
• Drive improvements in delivery quality by identifying, quantifying, and mitigating project risks and issues
• Use your organisational skills to manage project budgets, track time and expenses, and support financial governance
• Support larger programmes by acting as a configuration and product expert, partnering closely with project managers and wider delivery teams
• Deliver technology training and enablement to help clients adopt solutions successfully

Skills & Requirements

Must‑have

• Demonstrated ability in technology consulting, project delivery, or implementation work within recruitment, HR, or SaaS environments
• Strength in problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and translating requirements into practical technology solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast‑changing environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid, globally distributed team
• Interest in technology and continuous learning, with the ability to adapt to evolving tools and platforms
• Familiarity with ATS or Talent Management platforms such as SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, TalentLink, SuccessFactors, Avature, Cornerstone OnDemand, or Workday
• Experience with value‑add talent technology tools (e.g. Eightfold, Phenom People, Enboarder, HireVue)
• Experience supporting or leading projects to implement or optimise talent technology solutions for internal or external clients
