Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Warsaw is seeking an HR Generalist or Talent Management professional to support global talent management processes, track completions statistics, and communicate insights. You will analyze talent data, consolidate datasets from multiple countries and functions, and create dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Workday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR Generalist or Talent Management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings from appropriate data sources.
• Strong working knowledge on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Tableau and Workday will be an added advantage.
• Attention to detail: meticulous validation and reconciliation of employee records.

Your attitudes we value
