We are looking for a Reporting & HR Operations Coordinator to join our team in Gdańsk. In this role, you will support HR Operations through the preparation of reports, analysis of workforce data, and coordination of operational processes. You will play a key role in delivering insights that support business decisions, enhance reporting quality, and drive continuous improvement across HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports for management and key stakeholders
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from various sources, including HR systems such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors
• Monitor key HR operational metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality across HR processes
• Support business reviews by providing meaningful insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across HR and business functions
• Create and maintain reporting templates, trackers, and process documentation
• Support day-to-day HR operational activities and administrative processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within HR Operations
• Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in reporting, HR operations, business support, coordination, PMO, shared services, or a similar role
• Has strong Excel skills and enjoys working with data
• Is comfortable analyzing information and presenting findings in a clear and structured way
• Has experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Speaks English confidently (minimum B2)

Nice to Have

• Experience in an international or shared services environment, preferably within the financial services sector
• Experience with reporting tools and dashboards
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI
