Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Warsaw is seeking an HR Generalist or Talent Management professional to support global talent management processes, track completions statistics, and communicate insights. You will analyze talent data, consolidate datasets from multiple countries and functions, and create dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Workday.

Qualifications

2+ years of HR Generalist or Talent Management experience.
Strong analytical skills and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings from appropriate data sources.
Strong working knowledge on Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Tableau and Workday will be an added advantage.
Attention to detail: meticulous validation and reconciliation of employee records.

Responsibilities

Supports Global Talent Management Partner in tracking and reporting enterprise completions statistics and process metrics.
Identifies data trends and assesses the impact to process/program schedules.
Assists with deployment of enterprise talent management, succession planning and performance management tools and processes.
Responds to and resolves HR inquiries on talent processes.
Analyses talent data to feed into country critical projects.
Consolidation and coordination of various datasets from countries, BUs and functions.
Create dashboards, visualizations, and ad-hoc reports to communicate insights.
