Job summary

HR factory Lithuania is assisting a well-established European transportation and logistics group by recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Poland. This is an on-site role based in Warsaw or Poznań.

You will manage the full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles, attract talent across channels, partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong candidate relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or a similar HR role.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for a variety of positions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills across positions and seniority levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in Polish and English (B2 or higher).
• Russian (B2 or higher) would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of recruitment methodologies and candidate assessment.
• Experience working with an ATS would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities and candidate data in the ATS, ensuring accurate and high-quality reporting.

As the company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Poland.

This is an on-site opportunity based in Warsaw or Poznań.

Compensation

Base monthly salary: 7,780–9,720 PLN gross

The final salary offer will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies and overall fit for the role.
