Job summary

Seargin w Gdańsku poszukuje specjalisty HR na stanowisko HR Managera, aby prowadzić operacje HR, koordynować rozwój pracowników i programy zaangażowania w międzynarodowym zespole. Kluczowe obowiązki obejmują zarządzanie wynagrodzeniami, procesami HR i współpracę z zewnętrznymi dostawcami usług HR.

Wymagane jest co najmniej 2 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem, dobra znajomość prawa pracy oraz biegła znajomość MS Office/Google Workspace.

• 2+ lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem.
• Praktyczne doświadczenie w administracji HR i procesach miękkich HR.
• Dobra znajomość polskiego prawa pracy i procesów HR.
• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu ocenami pracowników i ścieżkami kariery.
• Doświadczenie w benchmarkingowych analizach wynagrodzeń i tworzeniu widełek płac.
• Doświadczenie w exit interviews i zaangażowaniu pracowników.

Responsibilities

• Zarządzanie HR operacjami, dokumentacją pracowniczą, umowami i ewidencją.
• Koordynacja ocen okresowych, rozwoju pracowników i programów zaangażowania.
• Tworzenie i aktualizacja polityki wynagrodzeń oraz zakresów płac.
• Analiza wyników badań zadowolenia pracowników i wprowadzanie usprawnień.
• Wsparcie menedżerów w zarządzaniu personelem i sprawami codziennymi.
• Onboarding, offboarding, BHP, benefity i programy rozwojowe.
• Raportowanie HR i współpraca z dostawcami zewnętrznymi.

Job description

• Manage, mentor, plan, delegate, motivate, set goals, monitor performance, and support team development
• HR Operations
  • Manage HR administration, employee documentation, contracts, records, absences, and cooperation with external HR providers
• Performance & Development
  • Coordinate performance reviews, employee development, career paths, and engagement initiatives
• Compensation Management
  • Develop and update salary ranges and support the company’s compensation policy
• Employee Experience
  • Conduct exit interviews and satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement initiatives
• People Support
  • Support managers with people management, competency development, and day-to-day employee matters
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, occupational health and safety, benefits, training, and development programs
• HR Reporting
  • Prepare HR reports and recommendations for management while coordinating with external providers and other departments

Requirements

• HR Experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams, including delegation, performance monitoring, mentoring, and development
• HR Processes
  • Practical experience in both HR administration and soft HR processes
• Labour Law
  • Good knowledge of Polish labour law and HR administration processes
• Performance Management
  • Experience managing performance reviews, employee development, and career path processes
• Compensation
  • Practical experience with salary benchmarking and developing salary ranges
• Employee Engagement
  • Experience with exit interviews, satisfaction surveys, Employer Branding, and employee engagement initiatives
• Communication & Organization
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and independent approach
• Good command of English and very good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace, plus HR systems and tools
