Job summary

HR factory Lithuania in Poland is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles in an on-site setting in Warsaw or Poznań.

The role requires strong sourcing skills, the ability to attract talent across levels, and fluent Polish and English (B2+). Russian language is a plus for international hiring. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to improve processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or a similar HR role with hands-on end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills across positions and seniority levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in Polish and English (B2 or higher).
• Russian (B2 or higher) would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of recruitment methodologies and candidate assessment, especially for junior to mid-level roles.
• Experience working with an ATS is an advantage.

As the company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Poland.

This is an on-site opportunity based in Warsaw or Poznań.

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization – from sourcing to offer stage.
• Proactively identify and attract talent through different sourcing channels, platforms and networks.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and P&C/HR colleagues, providing market insights and recruitment expertise.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Take part in internal and external events, acting as a company ambassador and exploring new ways to attract talent.
• Look for opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment activities and candidate data in the ATS, ensuring accurate and high-quality reporting.

Compensation

Base monthly salary: 7,780–9,720 PLN gross

The final salary offer will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies and overall fit for the role.
