You will be responsible for the initial screening of applications, managing communication with multiple candidates, gathering availability from candidates and assessors, scheduling interviews and post-interview decision meetings, supporting the organization of events and creating reports.
You’ll also maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant information in our candidate tracking system and use various recruiting tools. Your work will help achieve hiring targets and strengthen our employer brand through maintaining internal and external hiring policies, providing an outstanding candidate experience and cultivating strong relationships between Talent Attraction and other teams.
You will be based in Poznań as part of our Talent Attraction Operations Team. This team is responsible for the administrative and organizational parts of recruiting processes, working closely with internal Talent Attraction teams located across Europe and EEMA.
This role is being offered as a 24-month fixed-term position with the possibility of extending the contract.
