Candidate Profile
- Experience in HR Controlling or HR Analysis
- Knowledge of headcount and personnel cost management
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ability to prepare financial reports and perform analyses (including variance analysis and simulations)
- Strong data analysis skills and attention to data quality
- Knowledge of HR and Finance processes, tools, and financial policies
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (HR, Finance, Payroll)
- Strong communication skills and business acumen
- Critical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Mindset focused on continuous process improvement and automation
- Very good command of English (and potentially other languages)
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between Finance (including R2R) and HR stakeholders (including Payroll)
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR Tech and local HR teams to improve data flows, controlling quality, and identify simplification or automation opportunities
- Support HR and Finance teams in building capabilities related to headcount management processes
- Prepare and validate entries for monthly HR cost closing (accruals, intercompany entries, restatements)
- Consolidate data from different countries and coordinate with Finance teams
- Support headcount and personnel cost budgeting processes in collaboration with HRBPs and Finance, in line with group guidelines
- Conduct simulations, analyze trends, and prepare presentations for HR and Finance alignment
- Deliver regular and ad hoc reports on headcount and personnel costs
- Perform variance analysis, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Lead meetings to review actuals, trends, and budget performance, and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Ensure high quality and consistency of HR and Finance data across systems
- Contribute to process documentation and audit readiness
- Be responsible for HR reporting, including External Workforce
