Job summary

SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (m/k)

Location: Opolska, Kraków

Purpose Of The Position

To manage end-to-end recruitment activities across Poland, Germany and selected European markets by independently leading sourcing activities, recruitment processes, stakeholder management, reporting and recruitment system administration. The role ensures a high-quality candidate experience, provides recruitment expertise and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, and contributes to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Your Role

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition intake to successful hiring, across various job families in Poland and Germany
• Lead active sourcing and direct candidate outreach through social media channels for Germany and selected European markets.
• Manage recruitment administration activities throughout the recruitment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Publish job advertisements and perform application screening and pre-selection of candidates.
• Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to support recruitment planning and decision-making.
• Support recruitment system administration, including templates, user access rights, and user support.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of recruitment data and records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Compliance with the work regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Carrying out other instructions of the supervisor in accordance with the law and within the agreed type of work.

What We Require

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
