Job summary

SQUAD in Poland is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage and lead recruitment across Czechia and Poland for diverse technical and commercial roles within our technology services division.

You will own the full end-to-end hiring cycle, design sourcing methodologies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and track metrics in our ATS while collaborating with hiring managers and leaders across regions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter in tech/IT services.
• Experience recruiting across Czechia and Poland with local market knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to manage and lead our recruitment efforts throughout Czechia and Poland. In this capacity, you will be accountable for sourcing and hiring top-tier professionals for diverse technical and commercial roles within our growing technology services division.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Full accountability for the end-to-end hiring cycle in Czechia and Poland, managing everything from the initial intake to the final onboarding stage.
• Management of diverse vacancies across both tech and non-tech domains, aligning priorities with current business objectives.
• Design sourcing methodologies, focusing on niche and high-demand technology roles.
• Comprehensive screening and evaluation of candidates based on technical expertise and core organisational competencies.
• Coordinating all interview scheduling across panels & management participants
• Leading offer negotiations, utilising market data to ensure packages remain competitive and appropriate.
• Precise tracking of recruitment metrics within the ATS, ensuring strict adherence to established organizational processes.

Qualifications And Skills

• Significant experience working as a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter within the technology or IT services sector.
• Proven experience recruiting across Czechia and Poland, with strong knowledge of both local talent markets.
• Demonstrable experience recruiting technical roles such as Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Hardware Engineering, AI/ML or similar disciplines.
• Excellent understanding of local salary expectations, candidate availability and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and advise hiring managers.
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing capability.
• Experience working with an ATS and recruitment analytics.
• Fluent English and professional fluency in either Czech or Polish; fluency in both would be an advantage.

Nice to have

• Previous recruitment experience within a technology services or consulting organisation.
• Experience recruiting for B2B/contractor engagements or other non-permanent hiring models.
• Experience building talent pipelines and communities in competitive technology markets.
