VEO Worldwide Services in Katowice is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will attract, screen, interview, and offer top talent to support growth across teams.

You will partner with hiring managers, write tailored ads, represent the company at events, and track KPIs. The role offers a dynamic, international environment with opportunities for learning and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in high-volume recruitment for white-collar roles.
• Strong command of MS Office and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Senior Talent Acquisition to join our TA team in Katowice. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, helping us attract and hire top talent to support the growth and performance of our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering);
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles;
• Use various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, referrals, university partnerships, etc.);
• Write and publish engaging job ads tailored to each role;
• Represent the company at job fairs and employer branding events;
• Track recruitment KPIs and suggest process improvements;
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields);
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment and white-collar hiring is mandatory;
• Strong command of MS Office and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job platforms);
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
• Good English skills (written and spoken).
