Sii Poland seeks a System-Level Modeling Engineer with SystemC and SoC experience to join our embedded software team. You will architect and validate models and firmware across silicon components, and lead model development with strong hardware and software collaboration.

You will mentor junior engineers, participate in reviews, and drive performance and reliability improvements while documenting APIs and workflows. English proficiency and Poland residency are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in embedded software development.
• Proficient in C/C++ with hands-on SystemC experience interfacing with hardware.
• Strong OS knowledge: drivers, memory management, bootloaders, scheduling; strong debugging skills.
• Experience translating goals into concrete requirements, architectures, APIs, and delivery plans.

Mansioni

• Architect and implement models and validation firmware/software for silicon components.
• Lead technical development of models, firmware, and embedded software.
• Collaborate with hardware/software architects to define specs and ensure integration.
• Mentor junior engineers in software design and firmware development.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Drive debugging and optimization to improve performance and reliability.
• Provide technical documentation for models, APIs and workflows.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Communicate progress, risks and challenges to stakeholders and management.
