Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a System-Level Modeling Engineer in Szczecin to design and implement system models and validation firmware for silicon components. You will lead model and firmware development, collaborate with hardware and software architects, and mentor junior engineers in best practices.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in embedded software, strong C/C++ and SystemC skills, and hands-on experience with model-based design in a pre-silicon environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in embedded software development.
• Strong proficiency in C or C++, with hands-on SystemC experience and low-level hardware interface focus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement models and validation firmware/software for silicon components.
• Lead technical development of models, firmware, and embedded software.
• Collaborate with hardware and software architects to define specs and ensure system-level integration.
• Mentor junior engineers in software design and firmware development.
