Job summary

eSky Group is seeking a Strategy Manager to own the corporate development function’s long-range planning and execution. You will build multi-year financial models, co-author the group strategy narrative, and craft board-ready materials for the CEO and Supervisory Board.

• Strategy consulting foundation at a top-tier firm with in-house experience.
• Genuine long-range financial modelling ability with multi-scenario work.
• Board-level writing: structured, evidence-based arguments.
• Proven track record of operating independently with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in professional English for internal and external communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual strategy cycle end-to-end, including templates and inputs.
• Develop and maintain 3–5 year multi-scenario financial models.
• Prepare first drafts of board decks with a consistent narrative.
• Create market intelligence materials and battle cards with stakeholders.
• Provide analytical and narrative support for corporate development workstreams.
• Oversee the quarterly strategic review pack and leadership scorecards.
