Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead the Group’s financial planning and performance management cycles, including monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning. You will provide actionable insights to management and drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance.

You will coordinate planning and consolidation, deliver executive-level reports and dashboards, and play a key role in strategic modeling for the 5-Year plan with a strong emphasis on labor cost

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience in a multi-entity or global environment.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration/MBA.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel; hands-on FP&A planning and consolidation tools; BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly actuals, budgeting and forecasting cycles and long-range planning.
• Prepare executive and board reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Coordinate planning and consolidation across business units.
• Drive automation and process improvements in financial monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance teams (Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Consolidation) to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
