Job summary

Contentsquare, a global experience analytics leader, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst with 5–7 years of experience to guide financial performance across the group. You will own monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, delivering clear insights to management and the Board.

You will collaborate with Finance teams worldwide, drive process improvements, and leverage AI to enhance reporting, modelling, and automation while maintaining rigorous accuracy in a remote and distributed

Qualifications

5–7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
Master’s in Finance or MBA.
Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and FP&A tools.
Experience with consolidation tools (Pigment, Anaplan, Hyperion) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management in remote/distributed environments.
Autonomy and proactive work style with ability to challenge processes.

Responsibilities

Variance Analysis & Monthly Closing Presentation: analyze actuals vs budget/forecast and identify key drivers and risks.
Cross-Functional Finance Collaboration with accounting, tax, treasury and consolidation teams for data accuracy.
Planning & Consolidation: coordinate monthly forecasting cycles and annual budget across units.
Executive & Board Reporting: prepare financial presentations, reports and dashboards.
Strategic Planning: participate in 5-year long-range planning.
Labor Cost Analytics: track and optimize labor costs and headcount metrics.
Automation & Process Improvement: lead automation of reporting and use AI to improve finance processes.
