Henley & Partners - The Firm of Global Citizens® in Warsaw is seeking a Chief of Staff to extend the reach and execution capacity of the Group CEO. The role acts as a strategic partner ensuring priorities translate into measurable outcomes across the organization.

It requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and discretion, with responsibilities spanning governance, cross-functional alignment, and high-stakes negotiation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university in a relevant field.
• MBA or Master’s degree highly desirable.
• Proven background in management consulting, corporate development, or senior operational roles.
• Experience influencing senior executives and board-level stakeholders.
• Ability to balance high-level strategy with day-to-day delivery.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Group CEO in high-stakes internal and external meetings.
• Lead negotiations and finalize commercial deals with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Executive Committee to translate decisions into action.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to align with the Group’s long-term vision.
• Identify and resolve friction points and oversee project delivery.
