Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT in Warsaw seeks a Strategy Project Manager or Strategy Specialist to join our Strategy Team. You will define, plan, and implement strategic and operational initiatives across the organization, with the Manager handling complex end-to-end projects and the Specialist leading smaller initiatives.

Both roles involve strategy development, market analysis, M&A coordination, and driving value creation; you will work with internal teams and external advisers, plan scopes,

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, M&A, strategic initiatives management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure problems.
• Ability to translate concepts into concrete actions.
• Experience in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel/PowerPoint).
• English C1, Polish C2 or native level.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of corporate and functional strategies (e.g., business lines, sales, marketing, operations, fleet, digitalization).
• Identify inefficiencies and value creation opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Structure complex business problems, develop strategic scenarios, and perform analyses with business cases.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to generate insights.
• Develop or support formulation of strategic and operational recommendations for the Management Board.
• Lead or support M&A initiatives including pre-deal activities and post-deal integration planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisers to ensure alignment and execution.
• Lead or support PMI and value realization by tracking synergies, risks, and delivery.
