Job summary

Link Group in Warsaw seeks an experienced Senior ERP Business Transformation Consultant to guide our SAP/ERP implementation. You will evaluate end-to-end workflows, map interdependencies, and shape the transformation roadmap at the executive level.

You will lead discovery workshops with Finance, Procurement, Sales and Operations, align target operating models, and ensure governance and reporting across the program.

Qualifications

• Background & experience: 7+ years in enterprise transformation, management consulting, or leading large-scale ERP implementations (SAP/S4HANA preferred).
• E2E process domain expertise across P2P, O2C, and Supply Chain with ability to map interdependencies.
• Proven ability to influence Director and C-suite stakeholders; strong PMO and analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Interdependence & Impact Analysis: map End-to-End flows across P2P, O2C, and Supply Chain domains; identify dependencies and risks.
• Senior Stakeholder Alignment & Leadership: lead discovery workshops with senior leaders and translate architecture choices into business impact.
• Program Governance & PMO Integration: deliver executive progress reporting, risk registers, and decision trackers; align designs with business strategy.
