Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Finance to own company-wide planning, reporting, and executive cadence, and to lead a team of G&A Finance Business Partners. You will build detailed models and translate financial performance for senior leadership and the Board.

This high-visibility role drives the MBR, AOP, and quarterly reforecasts, and develops dashboards in Planful or similar tools for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Ownership of the AOP, forecast, and MBR processes at enterprise level.
• Advanced financial modeling across the three statements; executive-ready storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process end-to-end and present cohesive narratives to leadership and the Board.
• Lead company-wide Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly reforecasts with department alignment.
• Build and maintain sophisticated finance models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and EAC reporting.
• Use Planful/CPM tools to pull and analyze datasets and build dashboards for budget-to-actual monitoring.
• Drive standardization and improvements in planning and reporting as the company scales.
• Mentor and guide a team of G&A Finance Business Partners across HR, IT, Legal, and other functions.
