Job summary
Pentoz Technology is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager – IT Solutions to drive new opportunities, expand the client base, and build strong customer relationships in IT services. Remote role with flexible collaboration across Tech, Marketing and Product teams.
You will present AI, IoT, cloud, and digital transformation capabilities to prospects, translate technical solutions into business value, and strive to exceed sales targets in a fast-growing digital agency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or tech solutions.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and meet targets.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT and digital solutions.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Present services (AI, IoT, Web/Mobile, Cloud) to prospects.
- Create customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Collaborate with Tech, Marketing, Product teams to align on client needs.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
