Job summary
The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Fleet Mobility Leader to drive growth across Central and Eastern Europe from our Warsaw base. You will build and coach a high-performing team of Key Account Managers, define regional sales strategies, and accelerate adoption of Goodyear fleet solutions while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
You will lead strategic customer relationships, manage tenders, and push for profitable expansion.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; additional languages helpful.
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial experience in truck/fleet mobility or automotive.
- Proactive and results-driven with opportunity identification.
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Fleet Mobility KAM team to hit targets.
- Define regional sales strategies with measurable plans.
- Grow new business by strengthening relationships and tenders.
- Monitor pipeline, forecasting, and KPIs for improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Act as executive escalation point for strategic relationships.
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and sales excellence.
