The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Logistics Distribution Specialist to oversee daily distribution operations across Europe East with a hybrid work setup in Tarnów/Dębica, Poland. The role focuses on reliable delivery performance, coordination with warehouses, and adherence to service levels.

You will analyze distribution performance, support strategy execution, and work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in warehouse, transportation, or supply chain operations is required (minimum 2 years).
• Fluency in English and strong analytical abilities with data interpretation.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, transportation, or supply chain operations
• Fluency in English
• Good understanding of supply chain operations and business orientation
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge and ability to interpret data effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work in a multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination or distribution control roles, including managing logistics service provider performance and ensuring service level achievement
