The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Logistics Distribution Specialist to oversee daily distribution operations across Europe East with a hybrid work setup in Tarnów/Dębica, Poland. You will analyze distribution performance, support strategy execution, and work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and project outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience in warehouse, transportation, or supply chain operations is required (minimum 2 years).
Fluency in English and strong analytical abilities with data interpretation.

Responsibilities

Manage daily distribution operations and coordinate logistics providers.
Monitor transport and distribution performance against service levels.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth end-to-end flow of goods.
Support execution of distribution strategies and operation standards.
Track, analyze, and report distribution metrics to drive efficiency.
Contribute to local logistics projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with distribution contracts and policies.
