Job summary

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Poland (Hybrid) seeks a Head of Fleet Mobility CEE to lead a regional team of Fleet Mobility Key Account Managers and drive profitable growth across the fleet segment.

You will shape regional go-to-market strategies, strengthen strategic partnerships, and lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver integrated customer solutions. Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages a plus.

Qualifications

Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong commercial experience in truck, fleet mobility, automotive, or related industry.
Analytical skills to interpret data, build commercial strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
A valid driver’s license is required, with willingness to travel regularly.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Automotive, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Fleet Mobility Key Account Managers to achieve ambitious commercial objectives.
Define and execute regional sales strategies, translating business priorities into actionable plans and measurable results.
Drive new business growth by strengthening strategic customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and improving tender success.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting, and key commercial KPIs to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions and ensure operational excellence.
Act as the executive escalation point for strategic customer relationships while promoting long-term customer success.
