Calan seeks a Commercial Director to steer market knowledge, strategic marketing, and cross-functional leadership across its agencies. The role requires leading commercial action plans, monitoring KPIs, and driving business growth in Poland and abroad.

You will supervise recruitment for key accounts, foster HR processes, and represent the company in professional networks and events, ensuring high visibility and successful partnerships.

Qualificações

• Higher education in sales & marketing, or management.
• Analytical skills to support business with market insights.
• Fluent English; additional French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Structure the marketing approach for entities to understand their market.
• Lead a cross-functional team in harmony with agency hierarchy.
• Develop commercial action plans with KPIs and CEO/COO alignment.
• Represent the company in professional networks and at events.
• Collaborate to upgrade IT tools supporting commercial activity.
