Job summary

Calan is seeking a senior leader to drive luxury brand performance in Poland. You will oversee P&L for retail and wholesale, implement global brand strategy locally, and lead a high-performing team of retail professionals.

Based in Warsaw, you will build partnerships, manage budgets, and collaborate with Marketing, PR and international teams to identify growth opportunities and modernize points of sale.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing luxury brands.
• Experience in retail and wholesale sales management.
• Strong relationship-building with business partners.
• Experience working in a matrix / international structure is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Additional foreign language will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for P&L, sales performance, budgets, and financial targets.
• Implementing global brand strategy in the local market.
• Managing and developing the team.
• Setting goals, motivating, and supporting team members.
• Overseeing retail operations and wholesale partnerships.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners.
• Regular visits to partners and points of sale.
• Close cooperation with Marketing, PR, and international teams.
• Initiating new projects and identifying growth opportunities.
• Supporting development and modernization of points of sale.
