Qualifications

• 10+ years in residential real estate; 3+ years in management.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team to top results.

• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-reliant, and committed to excellence.
