Job summary

Calan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for specialist and managerial roles across Poland, managing a recruitment team and partnering with local HR leadership and global structures. The role involves collaboration with international teams on tools, employer branding, and internal mobility.

You will oversee budgeting, analytics, and local job fairs, and report to the HR Director while driving EB initiatives and regional HR projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in logistics/TSL.
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates effectively.
• Proven direct search experience (LinkedIn and similar networks).
• Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze labor market data and recruitment metrics.
• Experience in regional or international environments.
• Fluent English (minimum B2).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
