Job summary

UPM is seeking a Specialist, Logistics Planning to join the Service Delivery Logistics Team in Wrocław, Poland. This permanent role focuses on end-to-end transport planning, capacity management and performance monitoring within a global renewables leader.

You will collaborate with Order Management, Production Planning and Service Providers while upholding safety and efficiency standards. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written English skills are required.
German language is considered a strong asset.
At least three years of relevant experience in supply, production planning or logistics.

Responsibilities

Ensure perfect order fulfillment and delivery management.
Plan and optimize road transport (FTL/LTL, multi-drop).
Optimize load consolidation, routing, payload and equipment utilization.
Coordinate end-to-end transport execution from order readiness to delivery.
Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions; manage disruptions.

We are now looking for Specialist, Logistics Planning for a permanent position to join our Service Delivery Logistics Team in UPM Business Hub Poland in Wrocław.

What You Will Do

Ensure perfect order fulfillment, including product availability and delivery management
Plan and optimize road transport, including FTL/LTL and multi-drop shipments, based on customer needs, capacity, cost and delivery requirements
Optimize load consolidation, routing, payload and equipment utilization, considering operational and safety requirements
Coordinate end-to-end transport execution, from order readiness through pickup to final delivery
Secure required logistics capacity, monitor service-provider performance and manage non-conformances
Monitor transport KPIs, address recurring issues and drive corrective actions
Proactively manage disruptions and delivery risks, arranging alternative solutions and communicating deviations early
Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement of logistics processes
Act as the key interface between Order Management, Loading, Logistics Network & Sourcing, Production Planning, Inhouse Sales and Service Providers

Who you are

Youhave a professional education and at least three years of relevant working experience in supply, production planning or logistics(preferred land/truck planning)
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German language is considered as a strong asset
You have good knowledge of supply chain processes, customer business,product,and service offering
You area dedicated teamplayerwitha ‘hands-on’ attitude
You have a service-orientatedmindsetand you enjoy solving complex tasks
Youare pro-activeand you are willing to adapt to changing situations
You have a good knowledge of IT tools

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Service Delivery Logistics.
