Job summary

UPM Raflatac Sp. z o.o. in Poland is seeking a Junior Supply Planner to join the team in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska or Biskupice Podgórne, near Wrocław. You will support planning, coordinate with production and logistics, and contribute to improved operations across functions.

You will collaborate with Operations, Procurement and other teams, plan trials, manage stock, and explore digital tools and AI to enhance decision-making and data quality. Hybrid work options apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Clear Polish and English communication, spoken and written.
• Enjoy working with people and building good working relationships.
• Adapt to changing plans and keep track of priorities.
• Organized and accurate with numbers; take initiative when needed.
• Proactive decision-making and taking responsibility for work.

Responsibilities

• Plan production runs and schedule orders based on demand, stock, materials and capacity.
• Manage laminate stock levels, balancing reliable delivery with waste reduction.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement and others to ensure clear information flow.
• Spot supply risks early and help find solutions when plans change.
• Keep planning data and capacity information up to date in systems.
• Track delivery and inventory performance and take action when targets are off.
• Plan trials and samples and support product introduction or phase-out.
• Look for practical uses of digital tools and AI to improve planning and data quality.
• Share knowledge and provide cover for other Supply Planners when needed.

What you will do

• Plan production runs and schedule orders based on customer demand, stock levels, available materials and machine capacity
• Manage laminate stock levels, balancing reliable delivery with the need to avoid excess stock and waste
• Work with Operations, Procurement and other teams to make sure information flows clearly and production runs smoothly
• Spot supply risks early, help find solutions and keep the right people informed when plans change
• Keep planning data and production capacity information up to date in our systems
• Track delivery and inventory performance and take action when results are off target
• Plan trials and samples and support the introduction or phase-out of products
• Look for practical ways to use digital tools and AI to improve planning, decision-making and data quality
• Share your knowledge and support other Supply Planners, including providing cover when needed

Who you are

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics or a related field, or equivalent experience
• You communicate clearly in Polish and English, both spoken and written
• You enjoy working with people and building good working relationships
• You can adapt when plans change and keep track of your priorities
• You stay organized when priorities change
• You are comfortable working with numbers and checking your work for accuracy
• You are curious, look for practical solutions and take the initiative when something needs attention
• You are willing to make decisions, ask questions when needed and take responsibility for your work
• You are confident using Excel, especially formulas and pivot tables
• Experience with an ERP system is a plus, but not required

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on‑site collaboration.
