Job summary

UPM is seeking a Specialist, Logistics Invoicing & Claims Operations in Wrocław. You will handle end-to-end logistics invoicing for transport services, support claim settlements, and ensure timely documentation and VAT compliance.

The role operates within a hybrid model in Poland, with collaboration across Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams. Fluency in English and knowledge of SAP/OTM/MS Office are required, along with strong communication and teamwork skills to drive service

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics invoicing and claim settlement processes.
• Good knowledge of SAP, OTM, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a service-driven logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for logistics invoicing activities for transport services using self-billing and match & pay settlements.
• Support claim settlement operations and ensure timely invoicing status approval.
• Ensure timely collection of transport documentation and VAT-related records.
