Job summary

UPM - The Biofore Company in Poland's Wrocław hub seeks a Specialist, Logistics Invoicing & Claims Operations to join the Service Delivery Logistics Team on a permanent basis. You will drive end-to-end invoicing, settle claims, and ensure KPI-based service levels.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers, ensure timely invoices and VAT document collection, and use SAP/OTM/MS Office in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Finance/Accounting
• Knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Team player with collaborative attitude
• IT proficiency with SAP/OTM/MS Office
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for logistics invoicing activities for all transport related services using full self-billing and match & pay settlement type
• Support claim settlement operations
• Ensure that all logistics invoices are timely completed and in approved status
• Ensure timely collection of CMR and other VAT related documentation
• Ensure service level compliance based on defined KPIs
• Ensure good daily communication with external service providers and other stakeholders inside and outside UPM

We are now looking for Specialist, Logistics Invoicing & Claims Operations for a permanent position to join our Service Delivery Logistics Team in UPM Business Hub Poland in Wrocław.

What you will do

• Be responsible for logistics invoicing activities for all transport related services (road, rail, rentals, handlings) using full self-billing and match & pay settlement type
• Support claim settlement operations
• Ensure that all logistics invoices are timely completed and in approved status
• Ensure timely collection of CMR and other VAT related documentation
• Ensure service level compliance based on defined key performance indicators
• Ensure good daily communication with external service providers and other stakeholders inside and outside UPM
• Ensure service level compliance based on defined KPIs

Who you are

• You are professional in Logistics/Supply Chain/Finance/Accounting
• You have good knowledge of Supply Chain E2E processes
• You are a good communicator with networking skills
• You are a great team player
• You have good knowledge of IT tools and ERP systems like SAP, OTM, MS Office
• You are goal and service delivery oriented
• You are fluent in English

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Service Delivery Logistics.
