UPM is seeking a Specialist, Logistics Invoicing & Claims Operations to join the Service Delivery Logistics Team at the Wrocław hub. The role focuses on end-to-end logistics invoicing, claim settlements and KPI-driven service quality in a hybrid work setup in Poland.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain across Europe, driving accurate self-billing, VAT documentation and timely invoice processing while maintaining strong external partner relations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain finance roles.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Team player with customer focus.
• Experience with SAP/OTM and MS Office.
• Fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Be responsible for logistics invoicing activities for all transport related services (road, rail, rentals, handlings) using full self-billing and match & pay settlement type
• Support claim settlement operations
• Ensure that all logistics invoices are timely completed and in approved status
• Ensure timely collection of CMR and other VAT related documentation
• Ensure service level compliance based on defined key performance indicators
• Ensure good daily communication with external service providers and other stakeholders inside and outside UPM
• Ensure service level compliance based on defined KPIs

What You Will Do

Who You Are

• You are professional in Logistics/Supply Chain/Finance/Accounting
• You have good knowledge of Supply Chain E2E processes
• You are a good communicator with networking skills
• You are a great team player
• You have good knowledge of IT tools and ERP systems like SAP, OTM, MS Office
• You are goal and service delivery oriented
• You are fluent in English

Additional Information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Service Delivery Logistics.
