Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to work with European and US clients. You will translate user requirements into development specs, support the development team, and ensure solutions align with stakeholder needs.

The role involves designing processes per BPMN guidelines, documenting deliverables, guiding UAT, and participating in production deployments. Fluency in Polish and English is required; residence in Poland is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Work with tech and business stakeholders daily.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication addressing development issues.
• Familiar with JavaScript, REST, and relational DBs.
• Agile/Scrum familiarity.
• Experience creating BPMN flow charts.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis to capture customer expectations for ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate requirements into development specifications for the team.
• Design solutions aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Create and manage project and deliverable documentation.
• Set technical requirements for delivery (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Supervise progress and guide customers through UAT.
• Manage production deployment.
• Conduct end-user training on platform usability and implemented solutions.
