Job summary
Sii ServiceNow Competency Center is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to collaborate with clients across Europe and the United States. You will translate user needs into clear development specs, align solutions with stakeholders, and support delivery from requirements to UAT.
The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Agile/Scrum, and BPMN workflow design. Fluency in Polish and English and residence in Poland are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Fluency in Polish and English; residing in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Performing business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions.
- Translating user requirements into development specifications and supporting the development team whenever possible.
- Designing solutions that align with stakeholders' requirements.
- Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation.
- Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Supervising development progress and guiding customers through the UAT phase.
- Conducting necessary training for end-users on the platform’s usability and implemented solutions.
